Main Road Mart Repair Warranty and Refund Policy

Main Road Mart Repair offers you a 6-month warranty along with the option for a refund. Here’s how you can claim your refund for a screen replaced by us:

6-Month Warranty with Refund on Screen Replacements

We provide a 6-month warranty with a refund option on every screen replacement under the following conditions:

  • Screen/LCD that malfunctions or does not work as intended or designed.
  • Any display issues that arise without manual intervention, specifically dead pixels and touch issues related to screen quality.

If the screen replaced by us experiences any of the above-mentioned issues, you can either claim a brand new screen with a continued 6-month warranty or request a refund within 7 days of the service date by returning the screen to us. Here’s how:

  1. Share a video of the phone showing the display issue by emailing it to support@mainroadmart.com.
  2. Send us your phone number, order number, or IMEI number to support@mainroadmart.com.

Our Customer Service Associate will respond to you within 48 hours and schedule a technician visit to replace your screen!

Warranty and Refund Coverage

The warranty and refund are limited to the parts and/or services that were paid for. If only parts were purchased, the warranty and refund are limited to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair services were purchased, the warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any other repairs specifically resulting from the initial repair.
